Yes, we accept extended warranties from most extended warranty providers. We are committed to getting all of our customers back on the road quickly and safely.
- Which extended warranty providers do you work with?
We work with all of the national vehicle warranty providers.
- Are there any upfront costs or deductibles?
We will confirm with your extended warranty company exactly what they will cover. IF there are any upfront costs you need to pay, we will let you know before we begin any work. Usually, the warranty provider reimburses the shop directly – we will confirm this too.
- Does Coleman Taylor provide a warranty on our repairs?Yes, we provide an extended warranty for major repairs on most vehicles. This includes up to a 5-year, 100,000-mile ‘nationwide’ warranty for major repairs. Ask for details and to see if you qualify!
- How does Coleman Taylor handle diagnostic fees?We offer free transmission diagnostics with up-front pricing. We will never begin working on your vehicle until you’ve agreed to the pricing provided after our complimentary inspection.
- What is the estimated timeline for repairs?
Due to fluctuations in customers each day, after we assess your vehicle for repairs, we will give you an estimated timeline of completion. Our goal is to finish your repairs in a reasonable time period because we understand that you need your ride back!
